Kaylee Kimmett

BCom & Sales Representative

Born and raised in Napanee, I have a deep knowledge and appreciation for L&A County and its surrounding areas. Growing up in a family-owned construction business sparked my interest in residential development, which led me to pursue a career as a licensed Realtor® after completing my Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Ottawa.

My background in construction and real estate gives my clients a unique advantage, with expertise in building processes, septic systems, water systems, and more. I also have a strong local network and am an active member of the Public Relations Committee for the Kingston & Area Real Estate Association (KAREA). In addition, I serve on the Board of the L&A County Chamber of Commerce and am involved in the equestrian community at ADK Stables.

Outside of real estate, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my dogs, Dozer and Billie, or planning my next renovation project with my partner, Ryan.

With my Real Estate education from Humber College and hands-on experience in both working in and purchasing real estate, I provide my clients with accurate, informed service. This helps minimize stress and simplifies the process for both buyers and sellers.

With a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Ottawa, I’ve built a strong marketing foundation that I apply in real estate. By staying current with housing market trends, I leverage these skills to successfully market and sell my clients' properties.

Community Focus

I am actively involved with the local Real Estate Board (KAREA) and the L&A County Chamber of Commerce. By collaborating with local organizations and networking with community professionals, I stay informed on developments and changes that could impact my clients.
