Kaylee Kimmett

Born and raised in Napanee, I have intimate knowledge and appreciation for L&A County and the surrounding areas. Having grown up in a family-owned construction business, I quickly realized my keen interest in residential development. This passion, along with having purchased and renovated my own house, encouraged me to become a registered Realtor® after completing my Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Ottawa.

My personal experience in construction and real estate offers my clients a unique advantage with my knowledge in building processes, septic systems, water systems and more. Growing up in Napanee, I have a large network to pull from for my clients to utilize for their buying and selling needs.

As a member of the Public Relations Committee for the local Kingston & Area Real Estate Association (KAREA), I assist in continually improving the local real estate industry. My involvement in the community expands past that of just Real Estate, as I am a Board Member of the L&A County Chamber of Commerce, where I play a role in fostering local business. I am also actively involved in the equestrian community, working with students of all ages at ADK Stables.

When I am not occupied with all things real estate, you can find me spending time outside with my dogs, Dozer and Billie, or planning my next renovation project with my partner Ryan!

By obtaining my Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Ottawa, I have established a solid marketing foundation. This has been carried into my real estate approach and I utilize those skills as well as being up-to-date on housing market trends to sell my clients' properties.

Community Focus

I am actively involved within the local Real Estate Board (KAREA) and the L&A County Chamber of Commerce. Working with local organizations, I am always networking with professionals within the community and staying up-to-date on any new changes or projects that may impact my clients.
